About Checkin Sport

Built for the Hybrid Athlete

We discovered HYROX the way most people do — scrolling through fitness content, watching athletes grind through sled pushes and wall balls after eight kilometers of running, and thinking: I want that.

What we didn’t find was a single English-language resource that actually covered the sport with the depth it deserves. Race formats explained properly. Station technique that goes beyond the basics. Training plans built for real people with real schedules — not just elite athletes with six hours a day to train.

So we built it. Checkin Sport is an independent editorial platform dedicated to HYROX and the hybrid athlete community. We research, test, and write every guide with one goal: give you the intel you need to race smarter, train better, and show up prepared on race day.

Our Mission

«To be the most technically accurate, practically useful HYROX resource in the English-speaking world — for every athlete, at every level.»

We cover everything from race-day strategy and official station weights to beginner training plans and gear reviews. Every piece of content is built around real data, real race standards, and the kind of detail that actually makes a difference when you’re standing at the start line.
